The 18 Challenge is simple but powerful: commit to engaging with 18 people each week outside your usual circle to discuss the importance of voting, conservative values, and the critical issues at stake this election cycle.
Here’s How It Works:
1. Set Your Goal: Each week, aim to have meaningful conversations with 18 new people about the upcoming elections and essential conservative issues.
2. Diverse Methods: Engage with people outside your social circle with personal conversations at the gym, church, community meetings, social media posts, email chains, phone calls, and local events.
3. Track Your Progress: Keep a journal or digital tracker to monitor your interactions and follow up where necessary. Share your experiences and tips with the NC Political Tea community for collective motivation.
Conversation Starters
Not sure how to start the conversation? Here are a few ideas:
Local Impact: Discuss how local policies and school board decisions, like those in Davidson and Bladen County, directly affect your community.
Educational Values: Emphasize the importance of conservative oversight on school boards to protect parental rights and ensure transparency.
National Perspective: Highlight the broader implications of the 2024 elections, including the importance of electing pro-family, law-and-order leaders who uphold American values.
Make It Personal
Tailor your message to resonate with individual concerns. Whether you're addressing issues of school safety, parental rights, or economic stability, connect the dots to how conservative policies can make a difference in everyday life right where you live.
Building Community
The 18 Challenge isn't just about numbers; it's about creating a supportive community united by shared values and goals. Regularly share your progress and stories within the NC Political Tea community to inspire others and keep the momentum alive.
The Power of Collective Effort
In 22 weeks, with everyone’s participation:
Individual Impact: Speaking to 18 people weekly will engage 396 eligible voters by election day.
Community Impact: With just 1,000 of us, we can reach over 378,000 voters. If each of these voters influences just one more person, we could mobilize more than half a million voters, well beyond Trump's 2016 victory margin in North Carolina.

With the 18 Challenge, every conversation counts, every interaction matters, and together, we can secure a conservative victory in 2024.
Take the 18 Challenge: Ensuring Conservative Values in Education
Commit to talking to 18 people weekly about the importance of local elections and conservative education policies. Your voice can make a difference through social media, community events, or personal conversations.
Together, we can ensure that North Carolina's education system remains a beacon of conservative values and parental involvement. With eyes on the 2024 elections, let’s make every local vote count and safeguard the future of our state.
