Did you know that two Lillian's List Featured Candidates were appointed to the North Carolina General Assembly in the past few weeks? Even in times like these, our sisterhood is a force to be reckoned with.

We're so proud of Sen. Natalie Murdock and soon-to-be Rep. Vernetta Alston for stepping into their new roles with grit and grace. And we're thrilled that Vernetta will be joining us on our Women in Politics Virtual Town Hall on April 27 to talk about her transition to the NCGA.
