Texas First Lady Cecilia Abbott has launched “Stars of Texas Storytime,” a virtual program on Facebook Live for children and families during the COVID-19 response.

As Texas families stay home because of COVID-19, Mrs. Abbott is thrilled to connect as a community while maintaining social distancing. Families across the state will have an opportunity to hear from influential Texans reading children’s stories for entertainment and education.

Every Tuesday and Friday at 10:00 AM, special guests from across Texas will read children’s books via Facebook Live
