The Biden administration is setting the stage for universal background checks through executive fiat and the INSANE bureaucracy known as the ATF. 

They’re supposedly cracking down on the “gun show loophole,” which you and I both know doesn’t exist. And what they’re doing in the process is potentially requiring everyday Americans to become a federal firearms licensee (FFL), even if they were to only sell ONE firearm to a family member. 

Selling a firearm to a family member doesn’t suddenly mean someone is a gun dealer. Makes you wonder WHY they’re changing the definition, doesn’t it?

Friend, this is the latest example of why we need STRONG Second Amendment supporters and defenders on our side in Washington. Because we need them to hit back and halt these types of assaults on our right to keep and bear arms.

GOA plans to fight this in the courts and in the halls of Congress. We’ve already put the wheels into motion on both fronts!
