John,
We’re almost to the finish line. Tomorrow is the day we’ve been anticipating since the very beginning — it’s the day I go head to head against Rob Menendez Jr. for New Jersey’s 8th district.
In a moment, I’m going to share a longer, personal message, but if you want to help us make history on Primary Election Day tomorrow, please chip in whatever you can to help give us the last minute resources to show New Jersey Democrats that I’m the candidate for them. [[link removed]]

One of my earliest childhood memories was when my father took me into the voting booth with him during the 1984 US Presidential Election.
My parents instilled in me at such a young age what it means to fulfill your civic responsibility, and while I didn’t always know I wanted to go into politics, I knew I wanted to use my responsibility for good.
When I became a civil rights attorney, my biggest priority was tackling discrimination. As a practicing Sikh raised by immigrant parents, I know firsthand what it’s like to be harassed for not blending in with everyone else.
But this country was founded on the principle that everyone is to be treated equally — regardless of their background. So when I became mayor of Hoboken, my first act was to immediately sign an executive order to declare our city a fair and welcoming community, and ensure equal opportunity for all.
Honesty, equality, opportunity, John— the principles I held back then, and the principles I lead this congressional campaign with now.
But my opponent Menendez Jr. doesn’t prioritize any of those things. Instead, he’s a product of nepotism and a player in New Jersey’s political machine. He accepts shady money from his corrupt father and large corporate donors, and doesn’t put New Jersey’s interests first.
As a father, civil rights attorney, and the first elected Sikh mayor of Hoboken, I have a different vision for NJ-08, but I can’t enact it all on my own.
Tomorrow everything we’ve worked so hard for over the past several months will be put to the test. I need your support until the very end to make sure we can say we gave this race everything we’ve got, John.
That’s why I have to ask one more time: Will you please chip in to help carry us to victory tomorrow? [[link removed]]

No matter what happens tomorrow, I’m so proud of this team and everything we’ve accomplished.
With gratitude,
Ravi
