Dear MoveOn member,

More than 100,000 MoveOn members have signed the petition demanding for
Justice Samuel Alito to be held accountable for waving right-wing and
insurrectionist-affiliated flags outside of his home.^1 This offensive and
partisan behavior has no place on the nation’s highest court. 

Justice Alito has yet to take any real responsibility for his actions.^2

Wednesday, June 5 at 9:00 a.m. and you're invited! RSVP now!

Our partners at Alliance for Justice, Center for Popular Democracy, Demand
Justice, Stand Up America, and Reproductive Freedom for All will all join
to come together and make our demands clear: Justice Alito needs to be
held accountable for his actions.

We'll also hear from Representatives Pramila Jayapal and Hank Johnson, as
well as MoveOn's Executive Director Rahna Epting. 

We’re coming together to demand that Justice Alito be investigated for his
breach of ethics and demanding for Congress to take swift action and pass
an enforceable code of ethics for the Supreme Court.

From Clarence Thomas's secret lavish trips from right-wing billionaires to
Justice Alito waving insurrectionist flags outside of his own home—it's
clear that the Supreme Court has a serious ethics and corruption
problem—and that the court won’t enforce its own ethical standards.

The more we can demonstrate that constituents across this country deeply
care about corruption on the Supreme Court, the more we can build pressure
