Friends and Comrades- Election Day is tomorrow! If you haven't had a chance to vote yet, we urge you to do so and hope you'll vote for our endorsed candidates in Senate District 24, County Commission District 4, and the Democratic Presidential Primary. No matter what, please make sure to get out and support whatever candidates matter to you. We've got opportunities to help support Veronica Krupnick and Adam Fulton Johnson on Election Day below.

Hold Signs for Adam and Veronica!
|
Both Veronica and Adam are in need of volunteers to hold signs for them at polling places across the city and county. This is an underrated way to help promote our candidates to Election Day voters and can be the difference between winning and losing races!
Each candidate has two-hour shifts available throughout the day Tuesday(Some locations are being targeted by both candidates, so you could even double up your support.)

You can sign up to hold signs for Adam on this spreadsheet.

Vote Uncommitted on Tuesday!
|
We need to send Genocide Joe a clear message on Tuesday: He doesn't get our votes if he keeps supporting Israeli ethnic cleansing in Palestine! If you are voting in the Democratic Presidential primary, we urge you to vote Uncommitted to let President Biden know his actions in Gaza are unacceptable.

Please join us this Saturday, June 8, at Nuckoll's Brewing on the Railyard, for our monthly chapter social at 5pm! We'll be celebrating electoral successes and enjoying a comradely good time.

First We Bombed New Mexico Screenings!
|
First We Bombed New Mexico is a powerful film that, according to the film's website, "is the untold story of Trinity, the world’s first nuclear bomb detonated in New Mexico one month before the bombing of Hiroshima... Thousands of New Mexicans - mostly Hispanic and Native American - were exposed to catastrophic levels of radioactive fallout, never warned, never acknowledged and never helped afterwards. Generations of cancers followed."
Director Lois Lipman will be holding a Q & A session at a preview screening of the film at the Violet Crown this Friday, June 7, with subsequent screenings from June 8-13. Please consider viewing this important film.

DSA depends on support from ordinary members, rather than corporate funding or grants. As we ramp up our campaigns to take on the millionaire and billionaire class in New Mexico, any donations you can provide will go a long way.
