It’s been a big week. Between Trump’s guilty verdict, the aftershock of the bogus ICC charges, Iranian Supreme Leader Khamenei’s glowing endorsement of liberal college rioters, and the utter collapse of the Biden Administration's Iran policy - there has been no shortage of news.

Like the majority of the world, I’m keeping my eye on Iran’s Ring of Fire strategy against Israel. But we also should not be quick to neglect Russia’s ongoing war with Ukraine as Biden appears to be doing.

The war in Israel is far from over, but a successful takeover of Rafah by the Israelis could bring the end sooner than expected. Should America sit by and watch as Israel tries to finish the job, or should we stand with our ally and support them however needed?

Driving the Week: I wrote an Op-Ed for The Washington Examiner. By intervening in Israel's self-defense against Iran and Hamas, the ICC made resolving this war even harder. Read the entire text here.

Critical Context: The ICC’s actions are fundamentally illegitimate, and their meddling portends further involvement, which could be even more unhelpful. Despite the troubles this phony court is causing, Israel and its allies should not be dissuaded from destroying Hamas’s politico-military capabilities.

My Final Word: Israel is exercising its legitimate right of self-defense against Hamas and Iran. We should be supporting our only ally in the Middle East.

On Newsmax, I talked with Tom Basile about Putin's latest propaganda scheme in the face of Biden’s weakness. If Putin secures a ceasefire in the war against Ukraine, that could become the de facto new border between the two countries.

Critical Context: The world is too preoccupied with the Israel-Hamas/Iran war to realize that Putin is playing on Biden’s weakness and inability to focus. A ceasefire would freeze a new border line, handing over more Ukrainian land to Russia.

My Final Word: Don’t forget about Putin’s war against Ukraine. He is not slowing down anytime soon. He knows that America is led by a weak president, more concerned with his election results in November than doing the right thing.

I doubled down on my clear support for Justice Alito in the face of ridiculous demands after he flew an American flag outside his home. It's absolutely unacceptable to rush to find some reason to criticize Justice Alito and I see no issue at all here of judicial ethics.

Critical Context: A flag with deep roots in the American Revolution was seen flying outside Justice Alito’s home. This was not a signal to January 6th supporters and there is no reason for Alito to recuse himself.

My Final Word: It's absurd to expropriate a patriotic flag, with origins dating back to the Revolution. This whole thing is just wrong.
