A&M Law Trans/Immigration

This week we're talking about A&M and their efforts to assist in gender transitions and illegal immigration here in Tarrant County.

If you weren't aware, Texas A&M has a law school in downtown Fort Worth. A&M has been in the news recently for many radical left outbursts, and their Fort Worth Law School is no different.

It came to light recently that A&M Law hosts name change and gender marker change clinics for gender-confused people here in Fort Worth. Fun fact - their clinics are hosted in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram building if that tells you anything! Their support for radical gender ideology goes further. The school partners with the "Dallas LGBT Bar Association" which hosts similar legal clinics for people who want to transition in Dallas and Frisco. But they don't just support the radical gay agenda - they're awarded for it. A&M Law Faculty member Brian Larson boasts that he received the "Aggie Allies Rainbow Award."

"Finns Place," the Galileo Church-affiliated group that grooms children into transitioning here in Tarrant County, posted a link to the name and gender marker clinic hosted by TAMU Law on their social media. They also posted the link to sign up for the clinic, which is linked HERE. If you click the link, you'll see that they've since taken it down. We know that they've held clinics recently, because the social media post, available HERE, states that the event was held on March 30th of this year. Notably, this clinic is not advertised on TAMU Law's website.

The radicalism being pushed by A&M Law here in Tarrant County doesn't stop at trans ideology, but even includes work supporting illegal immigration. Faculty Member Fatma Marouf leads "immigration clinics" also at the Star-Telegram building, helping illegals remain in our county. It should also be noted that she is a board member of ACLU Texas, radical left group suing Texas for attempting to close the border, protecting children from genital mutilation surgery, and more.

Fatma Marouf believes that our immigration system should not include "criminalization, detention, or deportation." She recently wrote a paper arguing that it is "xenophobic" for Texas to prevent illegals from owning property in our state.

Recently Governor Abbott threatened to withhold funds from Texas A&M when they decided to enforce Biden's radical new Title IX policy. The University receives over $1 billion per year from the State of Texas through the Permanent University Fund. Perhaps he will look into A&M Law and decide that it needs to tighten its belt.

Fort Worth Begins Pride Month

Radical Leftist Ramadan has officially begun, and Fort Worth is ready to celebrate. You may remember a few weeks ago when we talked about the City of Fort Worth's "Movies that Matter Program," the program supported by the City Council and funded with taxpayer dollars that promote leftist propaganda. Well, with "Pride Month" beginning today, it's only fitting that the City ramps up LGBT propaganda with "The Freedom to Marry," a propaganda film about the Obergefell decision. The film also attacks conservative Christians, no surprise. The listing on City of Fort Worth's website for the event says that there will be a "moderated discussion with local subject matter experts." You can find the Eventbrite link here. Maybe this will include one of the DEI employees who gets paid more than the Governor, like Christina Brooks?

We can assure you that the City of Fort Worth will do many more gay things this month. We will make sure you're aware of them!

Trump Convicted

This Thursday around 4pm, a radical New York Judge found Trump guilty on 34 charges. His sentencing is set for July 11th, and the corrupt judge will likely try to throw him in jail.

Everyone from moderates to Silicon Valley billionaires has come out after the verdict to voice support for and donate to Trump. It is clear that everyone must get behind Trump. Trump reported yesterday morning that he has raised $35 million in small-dollar donations on Winred in the evening after the verdict, more than twice his record ever for a single day on Winred.

We must all unite behind Trump so that he can restore the rule of law to our country. If you would like to donate to him, you can do so here.

Runoff Results

With the end of the runoffs this Tuesday the Republican primary is over, and we're on to November! The winners of the runoffs in Tarrant County were:

Craig Goldman (CD 12)

David Lowe (HD 91)

John McQueeney (HD 97)

Across the state school choice candidates won their elections. Governor Abbott has said that the Legislature now has enough votes for school choice to pass and expects it to do so in the 89th Legislature next year.

Dade Phelan narrowly won his election by less than 400 votes, despite spending over $13,000,000 (a record for a Texas House race). His opponent David Covey noted that there were 1,400 Democrats who voted in just one county in the race. Open primaries kept Phelan in office. State Representative Tom Oliverson announced his intention to run against Phelan for Speaker of the House, so it is unclear if Phelan will return as Speaker.

Convention a Success for Conservatives

The Texas Republican Party Convention is over. Abraham George was elected Chairman to replace Chairman Matt Rinaldi, who did not seek re-election.

The Party passed a rule closing the primaries, refusing to wait for the Legislature to act. We very well may have closed primaries for 2026.

Delegates were elected for the RNC Convention in July, and TCGOP Chairman Bo French was among them. He will go to Milwaukee next month to support President Donald Trump. Alongside him will be State Rep. Brian Harrison, Congressman-elect Brandon Gill, as well as many other patriots.
