John, it’s Dina here. I know you have heard from my campaign a lot over the past few days, so I will keep this short and sweet.

We have to hit our May end of month fundraising goal before tonight at midnight. My opponent made another six figure donation to his campaign last quarter and I need to hit this goal to keep up.

With just 6 hours left before our deadline expires, I am sorry to report we are still $563 short of our can’t-miss goal.

There are just seven more months before Election Day, John, and we cannot afford to miss our goal during a single one.

If we do, Republicans will take it as a sign that this seat is theirs for the taking, and we will be forced to play catch-up for the rest of the campaign.
