rule of law in Maricopa County. A recent court ruling granted a Temporary
Restraining Order (TRO) preventing Maricopa County from printing ballots
without including our candidate, James Taylor, for LD29.
This is a crucial win for our electoral process AS WE FIGHT TO PRESERVE OUR
CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC.

Despite the Arizona Republican Party, the Maricopa County Republican
Committee, and the GOP Committee in LD29 submitting all necessary
documentation, DEMOCRAT Secretary of State Adrian Fontes unjustly rejected our
rightful filing.
However, the court ruling has unequivocally reaffirmed that legal requirements
must be respected, and no one is above the law.
Our efforts to ensure James Taylor's rightful place on the primary ballot have
paid off. This decision sends a clear message to those who attempt to undermine
our electoral process —you will be held accountable. It is a victory not just
for the AZGOP but for all Arizonans who value fair and transparent elections.
