We have an important update to share with you regarding the status of our challenge to the Handgun Roster.

As you know, we recently wrote to supporters warning of a severe revenue shortfall in Pena v. Horan. 

We implored California gun owners to pitch in to help this case, which is the foremost legal challenge to the Roster in the United States.

Repeal the Roster

And, thanks to the generous support of our members and supporters, we brought in nearly $2,500 in additional revenue.

Unfortunately, we're still not out of the woods yet. And that's why we have to ask for your support.

As you can see in the attached screenshot below, CGF has still raised less than $5K for our Roster case this month.

Meanwhile, the State is slated to bring in well over $6 BILLION DOLLARS this month in property taxes alone. 

That is a staggering difference. And while we cannot out-compete the State in revenue, we still need to keep pace with our goals. 

Should we fail to win in Pena v. Horan at the Supreme Court, our best chance at repealing the Roster will be gone.
