WE WERE BORN FOR SUCH A TIME AS THIS

Dear Friends, 

I had so much fun meeting and talking with many of you at the NC Republican Convention this past week!

Thank you for stopping by our table! My team passed out signs for over half of the counties, and you picked up almost 300 bumper stickers. I look forward to waving at my supporters next time I am on the road!!

It was an honor to address my fellow patriots who share our vision for redeeming NC Public Schools.

We all can agree that our future will be better if we have strong public schools that graduate young adults that are competent in reading, math and science and have gratitude for the freedoms guaranteed to us by the Constitution of these United States of America.

One easy way to help our mission is to share my speech with at least five people you know. Will you do that now?

On a personal note, I am delighted and blessed to share that my first grandchild was born yesterday!

With the future of that precious baby girl in mind, I am even more determined that NC public schools be a shining example for the rest of the nation to follow.

We were born for such a time as this!
