About the job
The responsibilities of the Stationary Engineer 3 include maintaining and repairing steam boiler, central steam distribution system and auxiliary equipment such as air handlers, variable air volume units, airflow dampers, V belts, sheaves, pulleys, and bearings. In addition, the selected incumbent will know how to maintain and repair commercial refrigeration equipment used in air conditioning, ventilation, and chilled water systems.
