About the job

The responsibilities of this position include maintaining and repairing the steam boiler, central steam distribution system and auxiliary equipment such as air handlers, variable air volume units, airflow dampers, V belts, sheaves, pulleys, and bearings. In addition, the selected experienced incumbent will know how to service commercial refrigeration equipment used in air conditioning, ventilation, and chilled water systems.
