As you may be aware, a General Election has been called for Thursday 4 July 2024. From the Dissolution period, starting tomorrow, I will no longer be an MP.
It has been an honour to represent Esher and Walton constituency over the past 14 years, and a great pleasure too. I would like to thank all the fantastic residents, local groups, public services, and local businesses for their support and service. I am also very grateful to my Association and our brilliant volunteers.

Cllr John Cope is standing to be the next Member of Parliament for Esher and Walton constituency. He lives between Hersham and Walton with his partner and his dog, and has been elected to serve our local community as a councillor on Elmbridge Borough Council.
