Two years ago next month, the fight for reproductive freedom faced a devastating blow when the U.S. Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade and stripped away our constitutional right to abortion. Today, we are on the brink of pivotal rulings in two major abortion cases that could drastically impact access to abortion care.

One case will determine the future of access to mifepristone, a safe and effective medication crucial for medication abortion and miscarriage management. The other case could force doctors to deny emergency care to pregnant people. It's unacceptable that a conservative-majority Supreme Court, enabled by Donald Trump, has the power to decide our fundamental rights. Justices accused of bias and ethics violations should not have this authority. We must demand court reform and ensure fair and impartial justice for all.
