Research Digest #5: Uneven educational attainment impedes progress towards state goal
Washington is currently nine percentage points shy of our postsecondary educational attainment goal of 70 percent of adults earning a credential. But the statewide average simplifies the attainment picture and there are major disparities when we look at attainment for different regions and populations within the state.
