## **Judge Merchan Hit with Official Ethics Complaint**
As you know, Donald Trump is in the middle of a shameful legal battle in New York, where he is being accused of falsifying business records. But it appears the judge presiding over the case (Juan Merchan) has a few problems of his own.
One is that, thanks to[ NY Rep. Elise Stefanik]([link removed]), there's been an official ethics complaint filed against him.
Why? Well, as it turns out, his daughter is financially benefiting from Trump's demise. And will continue to do so as long as Trump is in legal trouble.
Merchan has also illegally donated to Biden and other Democrats in 2020, a big no-no for a federal judge.

We all know Joe Biden is no longer fit to be president. During a speech in New Hampshire on Wednesday, he proved that yet again.
He was supposed to be speaking about the PACT Act, a bill signed into law in 2022 that expanded government benefits for US veterans. But, as usual, Biden was hardly intelligible, let alone comprehensible.
Biden was trying to say the simple phrase, "I signed the PACT Act into law," but what came out was more like, "Let me close with this: After I signed the packanglanthepackatlak act into law …"
