Friends and Comrades- A big thank you to everyone who made it to the General Meeting this week. We discussed actions leading up to Election Day(more on that in a moment!) and also got to hear about the challenges AFSCME(American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees) workers are facing trying to get a fair contract with the city, which they've been trying to do for 4 years! See how you can help them in their fight below...

Support Labor on Tuesday!

The City Council is having a special budget meeting on Tuesday at 6:30pm to decide how to allocate an extra $36.3 million coming from the General and Capital Improvement funds. This is an important time to let our Councilors know that they should pay their AFSCME workers!?

?

Come voice your support for the workers that keep our city running! You can attend in person at 200 Lincoln Ave. or over Zoom at this link.

Big Saturday Canvass with Adam!

Voter Guide and Early Voting

No matter where you live in New Mexico or Santa Fe County, it's important to make your voice heard! We are proud of our recommendations for various contested elections in Santa Fe County and Northern New Mexico. We believe these choices would be the best to strengthen the power of the working class and advance causes of social and economic justice.

DSA depends on support from ordinary members, rather than corporate funding or grants. As we ramp up our campaigns to take on the millionaire and billionaire class in New Mexico, any donations you can provide will go a long way.
