As Chair of the Henrico County Board of Supervisors, I know firsthand how hard this is to achieve as a local government. Mayor Stoney’s steadfast commitment to getting Richmond’s financial house in order worked, and now future generations of Richmonders will get to enjoy the fruits of his labor.
