We’re heading into the final week of the month, and we have a lot to be proud of for May.
We’ve made incredible headway meeting with Mississippians in all 82 counties, many of whom I’ve had the pleasure of meeting while on the trail for my 800-mile advocacy run. Across the board, I’m hearing the same things – that folks feel ignored by our leaders in Washington and are ready for someone who will actually fight for our communities.
Today, I’m at the Mississippi Democratic Party State Convention to connect with fellow Mississippi Dems and show why I’m the candidate who can bring much-needed change to our state.
Part of demonstrating that our campaign has what it takes to win is making sure we have the fundraising numbers to back it up. Key supporters will be looking at our fundraising performance when deciding if they’re willing to support us, so we’re making a push to boost our fundraising before the end of the month.
