For too long, Ticketmaster and its parent company Live Nation have
dominated the live concert industry (we know you Swifties out there
agree).
That’s why Rob joined with 30 other attorneys general and the U.S.
Department of Justice in filing a lawsuit against Live Nation.
This lawsuit alleges Live Nation violated the Sherman Antitrust Act and
California’s Unfair Competition Law by monopolizing the industry using
restrictive long-term, exclusive agreements with venues and threats to
artists. With little to no competition, consumers and artists alike have
had no choice but to use Ticketmaster, despite the skyrocketing costs and
poor customer experience.
By hampering competition in the ticketing and promoting of live events,
this massive corporation has padded its bottom line at the expense of
artists, fans, and our economy.

for consumers, venues, and artists. If you have his back, pitch in
$5 or more to help our campaign reach our $10,000 goal
before May ends!
