I’m Buddy Carter, a proud Congressman for Georgia and a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. My journey started in Waycross where I married my college sweetheart, Amy. We now live in Pooler where we are fortunate to spend time with our three sons, their wonderful wives, and our cherished grandchildren.

For over 32 years, I owned Carter’s Pharmacy, where South Georgians trusted me with their health and well-being. Running this business taught me valuable lessons about balancing budgets, creating jobs, and the detrimental effects of government overregulation.

Today, businesses are struggling more than ever. Oppressive lockdowns and Democrat policies have led to skyrocketing inflation, soaring gas prices, and a broken supply chain. And yet, Democrats in D.C. continue to push for more spending on welfare without work requirements and overseas projects instead of investing in our own energy infrastructure.
