I don’t often speak with this much urgency, but I need YOU to take action RIGHT NOW.

As you read this, Judge Merchan is preparing to give the jury instructions before they deliberate and reach a verdict in New York’s sham case against President Trump.

Throughout the trial, he’s displayed appalling anti-Trump Democrat partisanship which appears to be partially motivated by financial gain for his adult daughter, who works as a senior Democrat operative.

He’s already been formally cautioned once by the New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct over his illegal political donations to Biden and other Democrats in 2020 – but that doesn’t go nearly far enough.

Such an obviously corrupt judge with a blatant conflict of interest cannot be allowed to tip the scales in a case where President Trump faces 136 YEARS in prison if he’s wrongly convicted!

That is why I just took action to END New York’s witch hunt by filing an official judicial complaint with the New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct against Judge Merchan to REMOVE him from the case.

Now, I need YOU to take action as well.

With a verdict expected in less than a week, this is our LAST CHANCE to act, John.

And to truly dial up the pressure, I need 100,000,000 Americans to co-sign my complaint and help me STOP President Trump from being wrongly convicted of a crime as an innocent man.

The rules of judicial conduct in New York dictate that Judge Merchan should be removed from the case.

Per my complaint:

Judge Merchan’s adult daughter – a “first degree of relationship” to him – is a Democrat operative who works on behalf of Democrat politicians and PACs.

Her clients have used the case against President Trump for political fundraising – and since the indictment, they’ve raked in nearly $100 MILLION!

To put it simply, she’s received a DIRECT FINANCIAL BENEFIT from New York’s politically-motivated indictment and trial against President Trump.

However, that pales in comparison to the fundraising windfall – and by extension, financial benefit for Judge Merchan’s adult daughter – that would result from President Trump’s conviction.

Meanwhile, if President Trump were to be acquitted, it would hurt the Democrat clients of Merchan’s daughter who are trying to defeat Trump in the courts rather than at the ballot box.

Given this clear conflict of interest, Judge Merchan cannot be allowed to remain on the case.

But a corrupt and compromised legal system isn’t going to fix itself…

We The People have no choice but to fix it ourselves by continuing to take the offensive against the guilty Democrats.
