2024 OAH Legislative Proposals |
|
During the 2024? legislative session, OAH made over 50 proposals across two bills.
OAH sought ideas from you, our email subscribers. We also sought ideas from the Minnesota Association for Justice, Minnesota Defense Lawyers Association, Department of Labor and Industry, and Workers? Compensation Court of Appeals. OAH also collaborated with the judicial branch to increase safety for judicial officials.
All changes advanced by OAH became law and can be found in Minnesota Session Laws, 2024 Regular Session, Chapters 97?and 123.
