In a country increasingly hostile to abortion, Phil Murphy and New Jersey are continuing to expand access to reproductive rights and health care.

Stronger. Fairer. Forward.

Friend,

New Jersey women can now access birth control without a prescription!

Building on the Murphy Administration’s commitment to expand reproductive rights and serve as a safe haven for reproductive health care, NJ pharmacists can now dispense hormonal birth control (like the pill, patch, or rings) to patients without a doctor’s prescription.

This is a huge step in expanding access to reproductive care and making it easier for patients to have complete control over their own bodies.

As extremist politicians and judges are attacking women’s rights nationwide, it’s important that we stay steadfast and proactive to protect reproductive rights. It’s thanks to Governor Murphy’s hard work that New Jersey was recently ranked the second-safest state for women in the country, and we’re not stopping now.

Will you add a donation of any amount today to build upon our work of protecting reproductive rights here in New Jersey?
