Days after the January 6 insurrection, Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito hoisted an upside-down American flag outside his home—a symbol used by Trump supporters who falsely believe the election was somehow “stolen.”

This latest revelation makes clear that Justice Alito must recuse himself from all Supreme Court cases related to the election AND the Senate Judiciary Committee should investigate his conduct!

This isn't the first time Justice Alito has crossed the line.

According to reporting from the New York Times, Justice Alito shared an advance warning about the outcome of the U.S. Supreme Court's 2014 decision in Burwell v. Hobby Lobby Stores "weeks before it was announced." That decision allowed certain bosses to block their employees' access to birth control.

And last year, reporting from ProPublica revealed that Alito had also taken a luxury vacation with a conservative billionaire whose "hedge fund came before the court at least 10 times."
