Patriot,
This will be a tough Passover and Easter for all Americans.
We won’t be gathering in our houses of worship.
Many of us won’t be traveling to share time with our loved ones.
Some of us will be struggling to feed our families.
All of us are in fear for ourselves our families, our communities, and our nation.
But our faith tells us that this will pass.
In 1314 BCE, Moses dictated God’s sacrifice required from the Israelites so that the plagues of Egypt would pass over their homes and protect them.
It was a terrifying time that required extreme faith, but the Israelites complied with God’s order and freed themselves from slavery.
Today, our sacrifices are different, but our faith remains the same.
We all know this will pass, but it’s up to us to choose our path as a nation.
When this is all over, there will be two distinct directions to take: socialism and government control, or maintain the path of liberty.
Will we do the opposite of the Israelites and embrace the slavery of socialism in the hopes it will save us, or will we show our resolve as individuals and our faith in God and in each other and choose to work our way out of this pandemic and economic hardship?
I choose to put in the work and will do whatever it takes for our community to come out stronger than ever while maintaining our freedoms.
Government has proven it can’t protect us from every threat, and no matter what promises the Democrats make or the burden of debt they place us under, it’s up to us to lift ourselves up back to prosperity.
So have faith in God, have faith in yourself and in each other, and CELEBRATE Passover and Easter knowing without question that we will get through this.
In the coming days I wish you and your family a happy Passover and a happy Easter and I will see you on the other side, eager to help rebuild our nation.
