One of our most important fundraising deadlines of the campaign expires in
four days and we’re still behind on our goal—but that’s not even the worst
of it:

All eyes are on Montana’s Senate race. Just this week, the experts at Roll
Call called Jon Tester a “top target” and one of the most vulnerable
senators in the country. Axios reports that national Republicans like
Mitch McConnell are laser-focused on flipping Montana as the “key” to
winning the Senate majority.

McConnell’s dark money super PACs have already reserved tens of millions
of dollars to run attack ads that mislead voters about Jon’s record.

With so much attention on Montana, and more on the way, we cannot afford
to show weak numbers on our fundraising report after our May 15th
deadline. That’s why we’re reaching out to Jon’s top supporters to ask:
