My team and I have been working overtime trying to hit our April fundraising goal, but we are currently falling short.

Traveling across our district takes gas, hotel stays, and likely way too much caffeine (it may be possible that I am completely reliant on diet Mt. Dew). We are also working hard to build our resources for TV ads, flyers with my face on them that my kids haven’t drawn a mustache on yet, radio – all the messaging we’ll need to defeat Jack Bergman. Hitting our monthly fundraising goals helps us stay on target. It’s extra effort Jack Bergman doesn’t need to put into running his campaign—he relies on big donors and spends his time between DC and his home state of Louisiana. But we’re a people-powered movement.
