I’m biting my nails as I write this…With just two days until Tim Kaine’s critical end-of-month fundraising deadline, we are way behind on our end-of-April goal of raising $160,000 to fund Tim’s effort to win reelection.
Here’s the problem:
If we can’t raise enough money, not only will we be short on cash for our voter outreach and mobilization efforts — worse, Republicans will smell blood. In fact, they’ve already said as much:

We need to demonstrate strength. We need Virginians to be empowered to get involved in this historic election. And we need Republicans to know that we’re not backing down from a fight.
But to do that, we have to hit our fundraising benchmarks — starting with Tuesday’s goal of reaching our $160,000 goal.
So please, will you rush a donation of any amount to Tim Kaine’s campaign? We urgently need your support to defend Democrats in the Senate and stand up to Republicans, and $10 or $15 can go a long way: [[link removed]]
