Wow! We’ve just finished our annual dinner here in Bloomington. What an incredible event! I wanted to send you a quick update even before the “dust has settled,” because
what we announced tonight has implications for the future of our organization and our state.
First, we’re thrilled that Seth Dillon, CEO of
The Babylon Bee
, took time from his busy schedule to join us this evening. I’ll be sharing more about what he had to say and our panel discussion in the days to come.
Second, I want you to take two minutes to watch this video that we played at the dinner. This video gives you a sense of what Minnesota Family Council is and does, if you’re less familiar with us.

In that video and throughout the night, we talked about the
three things
I’m asking everyone to remember about Minnesota Family Council:
We are a gospel-first public policy group, a witness for Christ in the public square.
We fight for your values.
We keep you informed so that you can engage.
This is part of our mission and our promise to Minnesotans. And I’m thrilled to say that this promise is
making waves.
We had more guests at our sold-out annual dinner than we’ve had in years.
And most importantly for the future of this organization,
we’ve received the largest matching challenge in our history ($200,000) and set our largest Spring giving goal ever ($1,000,000)
.
After tonight, we may be close to meeting (or exceeding!) that matching goal. I won’t know until we process all the gifts from tonight. Once we top out that matching challenge, we will have bitten a big chunk out of that $1,000,000 goal.
But we can’t stop there
. If Minnesota Family Council, True North Legal, and the Church Ambassador Network are going to fulfill our mission,
we need your partnership and support
