John,

This is a MAJOR week at the Supreme Court. Multiple cases are moving lightning fast.

Just hours ago, the Supreme Court heard a vital abortion case, and now we face our own Supreme Court deadline.

A federal appellate court threw out Biden's lawsuit against a state abortion ban, and a federal court struck down the Biden FDA's expansion of abortion pills. Biden and the abortion industry frantically filed numerous appeals.

Yesterday, the Supreme Court heard oral argument on the abortion ban case – in what could be the biggest abortion case since Dobbs. We've now filed at the Supreme Court in 3 cases this term to deliver a stunning rebuke to abortion. In JUST 5 days, we are filing our own case at the Supreme Court.

As we battle the endless taxpayer-funded resources of Biden and Planned Parenthood at the Supreme Court, we need YOU.

TODAY every Tax-Deductible donation you make will be DOUBLED to defend life at the Supreme Court. $5 becomes $10; $20 becomes $40. But our Life & Liberty Drive Deadline is in just 5 days, and we're still short.
