The primary is over, and the Republican we'll be facing in November is… ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏

Hey John,

We did it – we made it through the primary! And now we know exactly who we're facing in November:

Brian Fitzpatrick is a weak MAGA pushover who continually sells out the families of PA-01. He was born with a silver spoon in his mouth and rode his brother's coattails into office. Since getting to Congress, he has voted against protecting abortion – including for military families, supported Jim Jordan and MAGA Mike Johnson for Speaker, and single-handedly blocked commonsense gun safety legislation.

Me? I'm an Army combat vet whose job was flying Apache helicopters to protect my people on the ground.

I got into this race because I was fed up with Republican attacks on women, LGBTQ+ folks, teachers and schools, low-income families… pretty much anyone who isn't a rich GOP donor. But this time, instead of getting in a helicopter to protect my people, I got into the race for Congress.

This race is about to get even more intense, John.

The New York Times has said we are a top race to watch for control of the House. PA-01 is 1 of 17 congressional districts that voted for Biden in 2020 but has a Republican representative. Big groups like Swing Left, Planned Parenthood Action Fund, EMILYs List, and End Citizens United have already thrown their support behind me.

I am so grateful to have had you by my side, as my co-pilot, over the last year. And I couldn't ask for anyone better to be with me for what's ahead.

Today, I'm taking a moment to rest after all the hustle of turning out primary voters. Tomorrow, I'm looking forward to jumping back into the (metaphorical) cockpit with you,

Ashley 🚁
