John, I just made a tough call.

After speaking with our team, it became clear that the amount we've raised in April isn't enough to support our Democrats running to protect the Senate.

So, here's the plan: I'm launching an emergency end-of-month goal of $25,000. Every dollar raised will help us uplift our Democratic incumbents and empower our candidates fighting to flip seats blue. Can you chip in now? [[link removed]?]

If you know me, you know that I really dislike asking for money.

So, you can imagine that setting a goal of $25,000 wasn't the easiest decision to make. But frankly, the writing is on the wall this election: if we don't step up and support our Democratic candidates across the country, we would be throwing the Senate majority into Republicans' hands.

Whether it's knocking on voters' doors or giving them a ring, every campaign's efforts are concentrated around turning out every last Democrat to the polls.

And I've always said it's not all doom and gloom, no matter what some of the flashy headlines might have you think. We have an opportunity to expand our majority this year, too! But we need to work for it.

I'd be grateful if you chipped in to help us reach our end-of-month goal and protect our Democratic majority in the Senate. [[link removed]?]
