Dear John,
Why is this Passover different from all other Passovers?
[[link removed]]
On all other Passovers, we recount the adversities of days of old. On this one,
the adversities we face now. On all other Passovers, we gather together. On this
one, many of us gather separately – some with just immediate family, some in
virtual Seders.
As we retell the story of the Jewish people’s journey from oppression to
freedom, we think of those made even more vulnerable by the global pandemic:
today’s refugees and asylum seekers.
Share this special video message with friends and family on social media and at
your virtual Seder to include those still searching for a safe place to call
home in our ancient story.
