The Institute for Women’s Policy Research (IWPR) and the University of California-Berkeley’s Work-Family Supports and Health Research Hub, in partnership with the Policies for Action research program at the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, is pleased to announce a second webinar series on the impacts of work supports on health outcomes.
This webinar series will bring together researchers, advocates, and other stakeholders to discuss the evidence that work supports, such as minimum wages, fair scheduling practices, and the earned income tax credit, affect family health and well-being. Given the substantial impact COVID-19 is having on the economy, the series will also explore and address the important issues around job creation and employment maintenance efforts that are necessary for both public health and economic restoration.
The series will run on one Thursday each month in April, May, and June.
