Biden's Tax Day firestorm, our next major Supreme Court case, winning in state Supreme Courts, school destroys special needs student's Easter art project, shocking "no church zone," university takes corrective action after ACLJ demand . . .
ACLJ Newsletter

John,

We've got a major problem. Biden has unleashed a firestorm at the Supreme Court, and our deadlines are looming.

In a shocking development, a federal appeals court overturned Biden's massive taxpayer-funded expansion of the abortion pill. We filed numerous briefs representing pro-life groups at the Supreme Court. Now a related case is pending in federal appeals court, and on TAX DAY we filed our vital amicus brief to defend unborn babies.

We also just filed in our third major pro-life case at the Supreme Court this term to stop the shutdown of pro-life centers. And we JUST delivered a stunning rebuke to Planned Parenthood in TWO state Supreme Courts in the last 10 days.

As we battle the endless taxpayer-funded resources of Biden and Planned Parenthood at the Supreme Court, we need YOU.

We're filing our own Supreme Court case to defend unborn babies this month. Take urgent action with us now.

We just helped secure a major victory for life last week as the Supreme Court of Arizona upheld a critical abortion ban that had been blocked since Roe v. Wade. This is on the heels of the Supreme Court of Florida's ruling the week before upholding an abortion ban.

We filed amicus briefs in both cases. Slowly but surely we are having a tremendous impact as babies in Arizona and Florida are now among the most protected unborn lives in the country.

Last week, we took action against a school that despicably destroyed a special needs student's Easter art project because it contained a Christian message.

Fortunately, after receiving our legal memo, the school apologized to the family for its unacceptable actions and agreed to provide additional training to its staff.

This is just one of the outrageous attacks on our Christian faith we've been battling in the last few weeks. From Bible studies being banned at senior living centers to Christian teachers being banned from even appearing to pray, we're fighting against this incessant war on your faith.

HEINOUS: School Destroys Student's Easter Project.

In another example of this growing threat to our faith, a North Carolina church was banned from one town because it was a "No Church Zone."

We quickly fired off a demand letter, refuting the outrageous claim and explaining that federal law protects churches from vile discrimination.

The city quickly responded that it would address the matter. If they don't, we will be filing a lawsuit. Bureaucrats don't get to use discriminatory ordinances to harass churches.

Report: Town Tells Church It's a 'No Church Zone.'

Georgia State University has responded to an ACLJ demand letter requesting that it provide religious accommodations to Jewish students who have a conflict between their final exams and observing Passover.

In direct response to our letter, the university sent out a campus-wide broadcast to inform students, faculty, and staff of their ability to seek religious accommodations.

In light of increasing antisemitic behavior on college campuses, we must redouble our efforts to ensure Jewish students are protected and provided religious accommodations.

Finally, as we battle invidious attacks on our faith and to defend the lives of the unborn in court, we need your support. Have your gift DOUBLED to defend life and liberty with us today through our Life & Liberty Drive.
