Hyperreal Film Club announces next open call for short films

Since they started in 2016, Hyperreal Film Club has screened hundreds of incredible films produced by the thriving and prolific film community here in Austin, and now it's time for their next season. Through April 30 filmmakers can submit their narrative, documentary, and experimental short films (15 minutes or shorter) through HFC's FilmFreeway. All selected shorts will play ahead of an HFC-curated feature film at Violet Crown Cinema, the Paramount Theatre, or Stateside at the Paramount between May and September of 2024.
