Dear Friends,
We all hope you are keeping safe and that you and your families are healthy during these unprecedented times. Your health is first and foremost, and in this pandemic, we are all concerned about peoples' welfare. We are also concerned about the security of our elections, and the fact that COVID-19 is affecting elections should not be a reason for not adhering to the law.
That's why we have challenged the proposal to have an all mail-in ballot election this coming Primary on June 2.
Mail-in ballots do NOT protect against fraud.
Mail-in ABSENTEE ballots DO have protections. We support mail-in absentee ballots.
If the mail-in ballot petition to the Supreme Court goes through, it could set a precedent for future elections.
