Spend a ☀️ Morning Saving Democracy 🗳

The  weather looks great for a Sunday morning walk across the bridge! Join your friends at Sister District DC Metro Area and our partners, the Woman's National Democratic Club and Diversity Matters, as we walk across the Frederick Douglass Memorial Bridge to support our State Bridges Partners Pennsylvania Stands Up and Pennsylvania United!

Our crossing will begin at 11 am starting on the Anacostia side of the bridge.  We will meet in the grassy area at the foot of the bridge.

The walk will end at All Purpose Pizza, where we will celebrate our phenomenal feat with a meet and greet featuring pizza and a cash bar.

All Purpose is located in the Navy Yards, just a short distance from the bridge.

Wear some comfortable shoes, bring your friends, and we will see you on Sunday!
