Donald Trump’s declaration that abortion rights should be left up to the states is just a distraction – one day after, the Arizona Supreme Court revived an 1864 law banning all abortions.

It's clear that MAGA Republicans will stop at nothing until they restrict our reproductive rights nationwide. Trump’s allies are threatening to invoke the 19th century Comstock Act to ban medication abortion everywhere, including right here in Washington state. And with the 2024 election around the corner, so much is on the line.
