Yesterday, the Arizona Supreme Court released its disastrous decision regarding women’s reproductive freedom, choosing to uphold a total abortion ban from 1864 — one that criminalizes women, medical professionals, and anyone aiding a woman in receiving health care.

This ruling is exactly what Monica De La Cruz has championed here in Texas — a cruel abortion ban with no exceptions. She celebrated as Texans lost our federal constitutional right to an abortion and reproductive freedom in 2022.
