Commerce seeks input on Climate Commitment Act funding applications?

Commerce will begin accepting public comments on a proposed RFA for the State Home Electrification and Appliance Rebates (HEAR) Program. The proposed solicitation will make approximately $21,475,00 in funding from the Climate Commitment Act available for third-party program administrators to provide rebates and incentives to low- and moderate-income households and adult family homes to install high-efficiency electric equipment and heat pumps.
