The AZ Supreme Court’s horrific decision yesterday made it clear — now is the time to act.

John,

You’ve probably already heard the news: yesterday was a dark day for Arizona. The State Supreme Court ruled to uphold the 1864 near-total abortion ban.

This ban was written before Arizona was even a state and before women had the right to vote. It affords no exceptions for cases of rape or incest, disregards pregnancy complications, and requires the prosecution of abortion providers. We can’t let this stand.

Our state legislature will be back in session this morning, and I’ve called on legislators to act immediately and do what’s right for Arizonans:

  1. Repeal this archaic 1864 near-total abortion ban
  2. Protect IVF
  3. Guarantee access to contraception.

I’ve long been dedicated to protecting and expanding access to reproductive care for all Arizonans, and I’m not stopping now. I refuse to let radical extremists take control over women’s bodies.

Can you pitch in $10 to help fuel my work to restore reproductive freedom in Arizona?
