Patriot,

The U.S. House Rules Committee is scheduled to meet at 4:00 p.m.
EDT today to vote on renewal of Section 702, the Spy State's
"crown jewel."

Without significant changes, the current bill -- Reforming
Intelligence and Securing America Act (H.R. 7888) -- will only
embolden the Spy State.

Speaker Mike Johnson pushed this new bill, but it does nothing to
rein in the government and their illegal spying on innocent
Americans.

In fact, this bill actually expands the government's ability to
spy on millions of Americans without ever getting a warrant.

This reeks of the secret police forces from authoritarian and
totalitarian states like the Stasi, the Gestapo, and the KGB. It
completely ignores the Fourth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.

If the four Democrat members of the House Rules Committee follow
their normal practice and vote against a Republican rule, RISAA
will not advance to the House floor for a full vote as long as at
least three Republicans stand strong against government spying.

We've heard the phones in Congress are ringing off the hook on
this issue.

Please call the offices of the four minority members on the House
Rules Committee and tell them to stop illegal government spying
and vote NO on advancing H.R. 7888.

Rep. Jim McGovern (D-MA) - (202) 225-6101
Rep. Mary Gay Scanlon (D-PA) - (202) 225-2011
Rep. Joe Neguse (D-CO) - (202) 225-2161
Rep. Teresa Leger Fernández (D-NM) - (202)
225-6190

The pressure is on the Rules Committee to follow the Constitution
and do the right thing.

Keep up the pressure and let's rein in the Spy State!

For liberty,

Heather D.

P.S. We've heard directly from contacts in Congress the phones
and ringing off the hook, demanding an end to the government
spying allowed in Section 702.

Let's keep up the pressure!

The House Rules Committee meets at 4:00 p.m. EST today.

Please call the offices of the four minority members on the House
Rules Committee and tell them to stop illegal government spying
and vote NO on advancing H.R. 7888.

Rep. Jim McGovern (D-MA) - (202) 225-6101
Rep. Mary Gay Scanlon (D-PA) - (202) 225-2011

Patriot,

The House Rules Committee meets at 4:00 pm eastern TODAY on the
bill to renew Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence
Surveillance Act (FISA).

Their bill, called "RISAA," is a "reform" bill in name only. But
if the bill cannot pass the committee, this could force
leadership to bring the Protect Liberty and End Warrantless
Surveillance Act to the floor . . . or just let 702 expire.

Either way, everything is on the Rules Committee right now.

We know leadership is turning the screws on every Republican
member of the committee to get them to support renewing this
unconstitutional mass surveillance program, weaponized against
you and me.

But we may be able to shut down this renewal if just three
Republicans vote NO.

Fortunately, three Republicans on the committee have a good
record on this issue - which means with their support, we can
win.

That's why you need to call these committee members right now -
even if you already called yesterday.

Rep. Thomas Massie - (202) 225-3465
Rep. Chip Roy - (202) 225-4236
Rep. Ralph Norman - (202) 225-5501

With enough support from patriots like you, the Rules Committee
can put an end to warrantless mass surveillance on Americans.

These three committee members hold the key to shutting down the
Surveillance State's most cherished program: the program that
allows faceless bureaucrats to weaponize their government against
the American people.

Make sure you call all three of them. Call them right now!

They don't need a long explanation. Just tell them to VOTE NO on
the RISAA Rule. That's all they need to hear.

Make your voice heard at this critical moment, right now.

For Liberty,

John McCardell
Executive Director
Campaign for Liberty

P.S. If the four Democrats on the committee follow their
unwritten rule to oppose all Republican bills, these three
Republicans on the Rules Committee can shut down the RISAA mass
surveillance renewal bill.

So please call all three representatives and urge them to stand
strong for liberty and vote NO on RISAA.

Rep. Thomas Massie - (202) 225-3465
Rep. Chip Roy - (202) 225-4236
Rep. Ralph Norman - (202) 225-5501

Call, call, and call until you get through!

And if you can, please make a contribution to Campaign for
Liberty to help us keep their phones ringing by mobilizing more
patriots.

The mission of Campaign for Liberty is to promote and defend the
great American principles of individual liberty, constitutional
government, sound money, free markets, and a constitutional
