Legalized physician-assisted suicide is a growing threat to vulnerable people.

Last year, physician-assisted suicide deaths in Oregon rose by a heartbreaking 20%. 

This issue has impacted so many families. It’s important to stay informed.

Tonight, at 7:15 pm Pacific Time, Jackson County Right to Life will host a Zoom event about the tragic assisted suicide situation here in the western United States along with Euthanasia Prevention Coalition executive director Alex Schadenberg.

Alex is an author and columnist who has written extensively about this growing issue. He was one of our keynote speakers at Together We Advocate, Oregon Right to Life’s annual pro-life conference.

Primarily, tonight’s Zoom event will:

• Discuss Oregon’s legislative change allowing people to travel from outside the state to get a prescription for lethal drugs.
• Address a California bill that would remove guardrails on assisted suicide and euthanasia in the state.
