John –

This week, I called out Joe Biden’s absurd ultimatum on Israel and his support for a ceasefire in their war against Hamas. I also introduced legislation to block onerous new regulations from Biden’s EPA, and slammed the continued march toward irreversible gender transition surgery for minors.

Your support is appreciated more than you know. Donations from committed patriots like you across the country helped me win my primary election last month, and now I am pivoting my attention to ensuring Republicans maintain control of the House in the upcoming election. Every dollar you send my campaign is put to immediate use growing our conservative movement, winning the messaging battle against the left, and helping conservatives win up and down the ballot. If you’re willing to donate - even a small amount - it will go a long way to support this mission.
Now, here’s your brief.
BIDEN'S ABSURD CEASEFIRE CALL
Know-nothing activists — who think a transgender flag and Hamas flag go well together — have unfortunately infiltrated Biden’s thinking. Let’s put this idea of a ceasefire into perspective. You want Israel to stop fighting against an enemy that has no intention of ever stopping. You know when there was a ceasefire? October 6th. You know what happened on October 7th? The biggest massacre of Israelis in recent history. The rape of countless women. The burning of infants. The ruthless killing of civilians.

War is always ugly, but the blood of every civilian death is on Hamas. Not Israel. The demand should be simple: Hamas must surrender totally and completely and allow a transition of power. Hamas can never have power again. If you care about Palestinian lives, that is what must happen.
LEGISLATION TO STOP ONEROUS REGULATIONS FROM THE EPA
Yet again, EPA is creating a costly 'solution' for a problem that doesn’t exist. Why? Because the radical environmentalists of the Biden Administration believe modern science and civilization are a scourge, not a benefit.

The latest rule from the EPA requires burdensome reporting requirements on facilities working with and housing hazardous substances. This rule is unnecessary because the facilities that would be covered by this rule have a proven record of incident prevention already - there has been an 80 percent reduction in incidents required to be reported to the EPA, proving that risk management efforts are already effective under current regulations. This unnecessary rule will increase compliance costs for facilities, and estimates put the total annual cost of this rule at over $250 million.

That is why I introduced legislation to block the new regulation, so the EPA cannot burden facilities - including those along the Houston Ship Channel - with unnecessary reporting requirements.
RADICAL TRANSGENDER IDEOLOGY CONTINUES
Our medical institutions are marching towards the point of no return on childhood gender transition. Hint: it’s not about the science. It’s about radical ideology.

As this critical op-ed explains: “American medicine is no stranger to scandal — lobotomy, “recovered memory” and OxyContin are just a few examples. What makes pediatric gender transition unique is that it has been framed as a nonnegotiable civil right and defended by powerful civil rights groups, the Democratic Party and their ideological allies in the mainstream media.”

This radical transgender ideology cannot continue to corrupt our medical institutions. Protecting our children from this pseudoscience has been a top priority for me in Congress, which is why I passed legislation that strips funding from Children’s Hospitals that perform transgender surgery on minors.
My custom eyepatch is back in stock - with options for left or right eye. Durable, strong, and comfortable. It’s the same eyepatch I wear everyday.
