The federal government answered Katie’s urgent call for border funds, and as a result, border communities are receiving the resources they need. However, additional action from Congress would greatly help ensure the border is safe and secure.

During Southwest Wildfire Awareness Week, we are reminded we all have a role in preventing wildfires. I met with @azstateforestry leadership to discuss the upcoming wildfire season outlook & what Arizonans can do to mitigate the chance of devastating fires.

Labor and civil rights activist Cesar Chavez was honored at a ceremony where Katie, alongside his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, declared March 31st as a day to honor his legacy.
